摘要: 支气管腔内冷冻去神经术(BCD)作为一种新兴的哮喘治疗技术,乃通过冷冻消融支气管壁内的神经纤维,有效减轻气道高反应性。支气管腔内冷冻去神经的作用机制,主要对气道高反应性及气道炎性反应的影响。本文并对临床实践中发现的问题进行归纳分析,对未来应用前景提出思路与方向。

Abstract: Bronchial cryo-denervation(BCD), an emerging therapeutic intervention for asthma, effectively reduces airway hyper-responsiveness by cryoablating nerve fibers within the bronchial wall. The mechanism of action of BCD, focuses primarily on its effects on airway hyper-responsiveness and airway inflammation. The present article will further summarize and analyze issues identified in clinical practice, while proposing insights and future directions for its application.
