Abstract: Interleukin-37 (inteleukin -37，IL-37) is considered as a novel anti-inflammatory cytokine which involved in the immune and inflammatory response by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, regulating gene transcription.At present， IL-37 plays an important role in a variety of inflammatory and immune related diseases，and it will provide new ideas and new treatment targets for these diseases.
